Great post Scott! I especially like the question: "What is the next task that will get me toward my desired outcome?” I can see myself starting off with this question during my day-to-day planning in the office.

For iPhone users, I recently downloaded AppGTasks, a to do list that syncs in real time with your Gmail task list... it's been a great app for me as I use Gmail tasks religiously.

Awesome Mark! Always love a new tool. I have looked at the Omni products a bit but eventually decided to go with Things which also is based on GTD. I will do some more digging into Omni though. Thanks!

Happy Reading,

Hey Scott,

If you are a Mac & Iphone User there is an amazing tool to help you GTD. Checkout http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnifocus/

I started using it awhile back and it has changed my productivity quite a bit working at the office w/ lots of developers it just keeps me on task no matter where you go, it was designed with the GTD mentality in mind. All your tasks can be input via your phone, and then sync w/ your calendar as well as your home pc via mobileme.

Check it out.

Glad you enjoyed it guys. This is not exactly "bus reading" type material as Jared puts it... but great none the less.

Aaron, if you are looking for some good health books this is a great start although pretty intense. In Defense of Food is an awesome place to start. Check out the review. Very easy to read and not as in your face or controversial. Let me know what you think.

Happy Reading,
Scott
